Experience in IT

1. Made significant contribution to soft-skill training for the IT industry.2. Focused exclusively on IT in the initial 4 years of career (1998-2002).(Normally, it is felt by the HR managers that young engineers are disparate to management concepts. My experience, however, proves to be different).
  • TCS (Tata Consultancy Services): Conducted a number of workshops for the middle & senior level managers, which included stress management, team & conflict management, performance management amongst others. All of them generated highly positive responses.

  • IBM Regularly conducting programs on team building, presentation & communication skills.
  • Others Conducted soft-skills workshops across levels and across locations in Capgemini,TCG, Skytech Solutions, Ushacomm, and others.

Extra-curricular activities

I am told, I’m an exceptional singer. It may not necessarily be true – but music is my passion I have learnt Indian classical vocal from Ustad Dilshad Khan & Begum Parween Sultana Khan. I have performed as an All India Radio artist from Kolkata & Mumbai for over a decade and now perform on stage extensively. The subjects of my interest in music are ghazals, nazams, bhajans, and Bengali modern songs.
